So Deadliest Coil doesn't drop until we down the last boss of the first raid and Frenzied Monstrosity is a drop off a weekly rotation boss.Since Runecarving is going to be available several weeks prior to these drops, is it more efficient to wait? Or should we craft one of the 'lesser' legendaries in the between time and build a better one later?

Usually I 100% agree with the author, but this time idk. From first sims I saw it looks like Reanimated Shambler is best for AOE M+ situations.

Hello there.
(Sorry about my bad english)
I got a question about the legendary Crafting Preference. For Frenzied Monstrosity, wowhead says to put it on the legs but, when we look at the stuff in dungeon and raids, there is at least 2 piece of stuff with Mastery/Haste on legs and... 0 on Cloak !
Is that not way better to put it on the Cloak then ?
Or am i dumb ?

Legendaries to Recraft for Patch 9.1 : Deadliest Coil on Back, Question; if we currently have the Chest slot legendary should we first start by working towards the Back Rank 1-6 or Rank 5 & 6 on Chest then start the back>?

I just find it so hard to fathom that 12% increased damage and attack speed for 15(18)sec on a 1minute cooldown from FM being bettered by a 25% reduction in the cost of deathcoil. Has anyone tested this in actual gameplay and not just sims?
